One Account Per Player
Each betsmove player is permitted a single registered account. Operating duplicate accounts, sharing accounts, or using another person's account is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts.

1. General Terms and Acceptance
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and betsmove ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the betsmove website, mobile interface, all betting markets, casino games, promotional offers, payment services, and any other feature or service made available through betsmove.
By completing the registration process on betsmove, by logging into an existing betsmove account, or by placing a bet or wager of any kind on the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use betsmove and must not place any bets or access any games on the platform.
These Terms should be read alongside betsmove's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into these Terms and form part of the overall agreement between you and betsmove.
1.1 Scope of Services
betsmove offers a range of online betting and gaming services to adult players in Bangladesh, including but not limited to: sports betting (cricket, football, swimming, and other markets), live in-play betting, live casino games, slot games, crash games, table games, and fishing games. The availability of any specific product, market, or game may vary and betsmove reserves the right to add, modify, or withdraw any product at any time without prior notice.
1.2 Language and Communication
The official language of betsmove is English. All communications, terms, policies, promotional materials, and support interactions on betsmove are conducted in English. Players are responsible for ensuring they have sufficient comprehension of English to understand these Terms before using the platform.
2. Eligibility and Age Restriction
Use of betsmove is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the platform.
2.1 Age Requirements
You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account on betsmove or to use any of its services. This is a hard requirement with no exceptions. betsmove takes its obligation to prevent underage gambling extremely seriously. If betsmove has reasonable grounds to suspect that a registered player is under 18 years of age, the account will be suspended immediately and all funds held pending an age verification review. If the player is confirmed to be under 18, all winnings will be forfeited, all deposits will be returned net of any bonuses claimed, and the account will be permanently closed.
2.2 Geographic Eligibility
betsmove is designed and operated primarily for the Bangladesh market. Players accessing betsmove from Bangladesh represent its primary intended audience. Players are personally responsible for ensuring that their use of betsmove does not violate any applicable laws in their jurisdiction. betsmove makes no representations that its services are legal in any jurisdiction outside Bangladesh.
2.3 Single Account Rule
Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on betsmove. Registering or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, the same IP address, or through any other means — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, betsmove reserves the right to close all such accounts, void all pending bets placed across those accounts, and withhold any winnings derived from duplicate account activity.
3. Account Registration and Verification
To access the full range of services on betsmove, you must create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information. betsmove reserves the right to verify the accuracy of any information provided during or after registration.
3.1 Registration Information
During registration on betsmove, you will be asked to provide, at minimum, the following information:
- Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification document
- Your date of birth (must confirm you are 18 years of age or older)
- A valid email address that you control
- A valid mobile phone number registered in your name in Bangladesh
- Your preferred payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, card, or bank transfer)
- A secure password of your own choosing
You are responsible for ensuring all information provided to betsmove is accurate and kept up to date. If any of your registration details change, you must update them promptly via your betsmove account settings or by contacting support@betsmove.
3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)
betsmove operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before you can make a withdrawal from your betsmove account:
- A copy of a valid government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence)
- Proof of your registered address in Bangladesh (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months)
- Proof of ownership of your registered payment method (screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account showing your registered name and number)
betsmove will process all submitted KYC documents within a reasonable timeframe. Until KYC verification is complete, withdrawal requests may be held. betsmove will notify you via your registered email address of the outcome of your KYC review.
3.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your betsmove login credentials. You must not share your password, PIN, or any security code associated with your betsmove account with any third party. betsmove strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. Any bet placed or action taken from your betsmove account will be deemed to have been made by you, regardless of whether your account was accessed by a third party due to your failure to maintain adequate security. If you suspect unauthorised access to your betsmove account, contact support@betsmove immediately.
4. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments
betsmove supports a range of payment methods popular among Bangladeshi players, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banking institutions. All financial transactions on betsmove are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳).
4.1 Deposits
The minimum deposit on betsmove is ৳200 via bKash or Nagad. Deposits are generally credited to your betsmove balance instantly upon receipt of funds. betsmove does not charge any fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees independently. You must only deposit funds from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party payment accounts will be rejected and returned, and may trigger an account review.
4.2 Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests from betsmove are processed in the order they are received. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Before your first withdrawal is processed, betsmove will require completion of KYC identity verification as described in Section 3.2. Withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. betsmove aims to process all approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours under normal operating conditions, though processing times may vary during periods of high volume.
4.3 Payment Method Restrictions
All deposits and withdrawals on betsmove must be made using payment methods registered in the account holder's own name. Using payment methods belonging to family members, friends, or any other third party is a violation of these Terms. betsmove reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership at any time. Where a payment method is found to belong to a third party, the corresponding funds will be frozen pending investigation.
4.4 Responsible Financial Use
betsmove strongly encourages all players to manage their betting finances responsibly. Deposit limits, loss limits, and wagering limits are available to all betsmove account holders via the Responsible Gaming section of the account settings. betsmove urges all players to set and maintain financial limits that reflect their personal budget and circumstances.
5. Bonus and Promotion Terms
betsmove offers a range of bonuses, promotions, and special offers to new and existing players throughout the year. All bonuses and promotions offered by betsmove are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section.
5.1 Wagering Requirements
All bonus funds awarded by betsmove are subject to a wagering requirement, which specifies the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as stated in the specific promotion terms) must be wagered before any resulting winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and are clearly stated in the individual promotion terms. Players are advised to read the specific terms of each promotion carefully before opting in.
5.2 Bonus Eligibility
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, betsmove bonuses are available to verified accounts only. Duplicate accounts are not eligible for any betsmove bonus. Where betsmove determines that a bonus has been claimed in violation of these Terms — including through duplicate accounts, fraudulent registration information, or systematic bonus abuse — betsmove reserves the right to void the bonus, void any winnings derived from the bonus, and suspend the account.
5.3 Bonus Expiry
All betsmove bonuses carry an expiry period from the date of issue. Unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms, bonus funds that have not been fully wagered within 30 days of being awarded will be removed from the player's account automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated. betsmove will endeavour to notify players via email when a bonus is approaching its expiry date.
5.4 Promotional Integrity
betsmove reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. betsmove also reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion where there is reason to believe that the player is engaging in abusive, fraudulent, or collusive behaviour in relation to that promotion.
6. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct
By using betsmove, you agree to conduct yourself in a manner consistent with these Terms and with applicable laws. The following conduct is expressly prohibited on betsmove and may result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities.
6.1 Prohibited Activities
- Registering more than one account on betsmove (see Section 2.3)
- Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification
- Using betsmove while under 18 years of age, or knowingly allowing a person under 18 to use your account
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to place bets or interact with the betsmove platform
- Colluding with other players to fix outcomes, manipulate odds, or gain an unfair advantage in any game or market on betsmove
- Exploiting any error, bug, glitch, or technical malfunction on betsmove for financial gain
- Engaging in any form of money laundering or using betsmove to process funds derived from unlawful activity
- Using payment accounts or card details that do not belong to you
- Abusing betsmove's bonuses or promotions in any manner not consistent with legitimate recreational play
- Harassing, threatening, or using abusive language toward betsmove staff or other players
6.2 Technical Errors and Malfunctions
In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or incorrectly quoted odds on betsmove, the platform reserves the right to void any affected bets and return stakes to players' accounts. betsmove is not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by technical errors. Players who knowingly exploit a technical error to place bets at incorrect odds or to gain an unfair advantage will have those bets voided and may have their accounts suspended.
7. Account Suspension and Closure
betsmove reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
- Failure to provide satisfactory documentation during the KYC verification process
- Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other unlawful conduct
- Evidence that the account holder is under 18 years of age
- Reasonable suspicion of duplicate account operation
- A self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder under betsmove's Responsible Gaming policy
- An extended period of account inactivity (accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months may be flagged as dormant)
7.1 Player-Initiated Account Closure
If you wish to close your betsmove account voluntarily, you may do so at any time by contacting support@betsmove with a written request to close your account. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, betsmove will process any pending withdrawal of your remaining real-money balance (subject to KYC verification) and close the account. Any bonus funds remaining in the account at the time of closure will be forfeited.
7.2 Dormant Accounts
An account is considered dormant on betsmove after 12 consecutive calendar months of inactivity (no logins, no deposits, no bets placed). betsmove will attempt to notify the account holder by email before applying any dormant account policy. Any remaining real-money balance in a dormant account will be preserved and will remain the property of the player, subject to the player successfully reactivating the account upon request and completing any required verification.
8. Responsible Gaming
betsmove is committed to promoting responsible gambling and player welfare. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment and must never be treated as a source of income or a means of recovering financial losses. The following tools and resources are available to all betsmove account holders.
8.1 Self-Exclusion
If you feel that gambling is becoming a problem, betsmove strongly encourages you to use the self-exclusion facility available in your account settings. You may self-exclude for a defined period (minimum 30 days) or on a permanent basis. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to log into or place bets on betsmove. To request self-exclusion, visit your account settings or contact support@betsmove. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and take effect within 24 hours of confirmation.
8.2 Deposit and Session Limits
betsmove allows all registered players to set deposit limits (daily, weekly, or monthly) and session time limits via their account settings. These limits are designed to help players maintain control over their gambling spending and time. Requests to reduce limits take immediate effect. Requests to increase limits are subject to a minimum 48-hour cooling-off period before the increase comes into effect.

9. Limitation of Liability
betsmove provides its platform and services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While betsmove takes all reasonable steps to ensure continuous availability, accuracy, and security, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be free from interruptions, errors, or technical faults at all times.
9.1 Exclusion of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, betsmove disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. betsmove does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, that all games will function without error, that odds will always be correctly displayed, or that any particular outcome will result from the use of the platform.
9.2 Limitation of Damages
betsmove shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of betsmove, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity, even if betsmove has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In all cases, betsmove's total liability to any individual player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.3 Third-Party Game Providers
Some games available on betsmove are provided by third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. betsmove is not responsible for technical faults, errors, or malfunctions originating within third-party game software. In the event of a malfunction in a third-party game, betsmove will work with the relevant provider to determine the appropriate resolution, which may include voiding the affected game round and returning the stake to the player's betsmove balance.
10. Amendments and Governing Law
betsmove reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, betsmove will endeavour to notify registered players via their registered email address or via a prominent notice on the betsmove platform. The date of the most recent revision will always be displayed at the top of this Terms & Conditions page.
10.1 Continued Use
Your continued use of betsmove following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree with any revision to these Terms, you must stop using betsmove immediately and contact support@betsmove to arrange closure of your account and withdrawal of any remaining balance.
10.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect and shall not be affected by the severance of the invalid provision.
10.3 Entire Agreement
These Terms & Conditions, together with betsmove's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and betsmove with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, representations, and arrangements between you and betsmove relating to the same subject matter.
